I'm pleased to announce this addition to my practice. I frequently accompany plaintiff attorneys’ clients to their Defense Medical Examinations. I have attended dozens of orthopedic, neurological, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, gynecological, and neuro-psychiatric exams.

• I educate and prepare the injured client regarding the scope of the exam. If need be, I can pick up the client and drive them to the exam.

• Your client will appreciate having an experienced nurse as their advocate at the exam, as I am very assertive in assuring that the response to demand stipulations are upheld and that liability issues are not discussed.

• I time, observe, document and audio record the entire examination. As a health care professional, I know how to assess the MD and the test he does and whether they are done correctly. I know inconsistencies to look for. I'm your eyes and ears. I can testify as a rebuttal witness if necessary.

• In a timely manner, you will receive a recording of the exam with a written report tailored to your needs. These are beneficial for use at depositions, arbitrations, and/or trials.
